Players of all levels of skill and experience are encouraged. Our coaches aim to build not only the right skills, but also the right attitude to enjoy and grow as both cricketers and people. Juniors are the future of our club, and we are committed to investing in them. For full details on junior cricket, please select an age group below.
Senior cricket is available for all skill levels—whether you’re an experienced player or new to cricket beyond the backyard. With a broad player base, you’ll find a team that fits. If you’re chasing higher honours or just a competitive hit with mates, CHICC has a place for you.
CHICC is focused on being a force within the local competition across all grades. Senior training starts in July 2025 with mid-week sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 pm.
Masters cricket is offered to people aged 40 and over, providing a great way to stay connected to the game you love without the weekly grind. CHICC boasts one of the largest groups of masters players in the Gold Coast competition, with room for new players in both Over 40’s and Over 50’s teams.
The rules are modified: batters retire after 50 runs (with re-entry possible) and bowlers are limited to a maximum of 8 overs. Spikes are mandatory, and matches are played on turf wickets every second Sunday from 10am, with lunch included. The season begins in October.
The Women’s Cricket League is aimed at women aged 14 and over, offering a fun and inclusive environment to play social cricket. Matches are played against other Gold Coast clubs using a modified ball, with rules designed for safety and participation—everyone gets a chance to play.
At CHICC we provide a friendly, supportive setting where women can enjoy T20-style cricket with modified rules under the guidance of our expert coaching staff.
Based in the heart of the Gold Coast, our club welcomes players of all ages to learn, grow, and play the game we love.
