Step 2a:  If you see either ‘Hello!’ or ‘Hello Guest!’ and the ‘Claim’ button you can simply press the ‘Claim’ button:

Once logged in jump to step 3.

Step 2b: If you see either ‘Hello!’ or ‘Hello Guest!’ and the top image contains ‘Log in to MyCricket to build a personalised dashboard with player & match cards!’ you will need to login with your Cricket ID. To do that you need to press the icon at the top right of the app:

A screen showing either ‘Hello (your name)!’ or just ‘Hello!’ (a small feature of the app) will appear with a ‘Claim’ button in the middle of the top section of the screen. Press the ‘Claim’ button.

Now jump to step 3.

Step 2c: If you see ‘Hello (your name)!’ and the ‘Claim’ button you can simply press the ‘Claim’ button and jump to step 3.

Now jump back to step 2b to log in as you.
